If I wanted to get them in a Mac-version, I would have had to buy them all again. Ie I bought quite a bit of games through Origins. You also might want to keep in mind that you can't easily swap out codes for games. The only game that I could carry over was Farming Simulator 2013, which I stopped playing on the MacBook because the graphics weren't that good at all.
